Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery times
We ship to the United States and select international destinations available at checkout. U.S. shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. International rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and available carrier service. Every order ships with tracking from our fulfillment partner.
Estimated delivery for U.S. orders is 7–15 business days after your order ships. International delivery estimates are shown at checkout and vary by destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed — once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands.

Tracking your order
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Wrong address or lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost or delayed, email us at support@lakeday.store and we'll help track it down.
