Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your little swimmers to love your Lakeday goggles. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

60-day pool trial

Every pair comes with a 60-day pool trial: you have 60 days from the day your order arrives to request a return — even if the goggles have been worn, splashed, and tested in the pool. Let your kid try them for real before you decide.

Where possible, please send the goggles back in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at support@lakeday.store with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or defective items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, with no restocking fee. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
