Shipping Policy
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery times
- We currently ship to U.S. addresses.
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with full tracking.
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.
- A flat $8 shipping rate applies at checkout for orders under $50.
- Estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Wrong address or lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost or delayed, email us at support@lakeday.store and we'll help track it down.
